Marlene graduated from UND Lake Region and has 19 years of experience working as a Real Estate Agent in Devils Lake. Over 9 of those years have been as broker/owner of Real Estate 4-U.

5 years experience as a property manager which included management of over 600 apartment units across North Dakota.

8 years as an office assistant/loan closer for a lending institution, providing the needed background for the legal paperwork involved with a real estate transaction.

Marlene has also been involved with many boards, organizations, and volunteer work within her commumity. She says it is a combination of these that give her the skills to be an effective, knowledgeable, and helpful real estate agent.

Marlene is married to husband Joseph, and has two married daughters and 5 (wonderful) grandchildren.

Sandra has 20 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent in the local real estate industry.

Sandra and her husband owned and operated the local Dairy Queen from 1977 - 1987. She also has 8 years of experience in retail management.

The exposure of working with the public has been a real asset in her present position as a real estate agent. She says "There's nothing I would like doing better"

Sandra is married to husband, Bruce, and has 2 married daughters and two grandchildren.

Jan and her husband, Steve, have lived in Devils Lake since 1999. They have two children; Adam, a 2nd year student at LRSC, and Alyssa, a junior at Devils Lake High School.

In addition to having her real estate license, Jan is also the owner and operator of Jan's Salon on 7th. She will continue working in the salon, as well as the Real Estate 4-U office.

Working with the public for the past 22 years, as a hairstylist, has been beneficial in selling real estate. "I love helping people. I look forward to assisting you in finding your perfect home, as well as helping those in the sale of their homes."

Jan and her family have hosted exchange students in the past, from Switzerland and Italy. They remain very involved in the AFS organization that helps place these students.
